3.1 Technical Issues

4.3 Method of Refund

- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
- PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account
- Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded in the same cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate
In cases where the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
